Welcome!
Using the online forms, you can do the following:
- Complete your registration for students in grades Pre K-12
- Complete CPSE/other Special Education registration
- Complete a change of address
- Unenroll a student
**If you already have an Infinite Campus Portal account (you currently have a child who attends West Islip UFSD), you can log into the portal and click on “Online Registration” in the left-side menu.**

Usando los formularios en línea, puedes hacer lo siguiente:

**Si ya tiene una cuenta en el Portal de Infinite Campus (actualmente tiene un hijo que asiste al West Islip UFSD), puede iniciar sesión en el portal y hacer clic en “Online Registration” en el menú del lado izquierdo.**

In accordance with established policy of the West Islip School District, children must be five (5) years of age on or before December 1 in order to be enrolled in kindergarten for the coming year.
At the time of registration, a parent/guardian must present school officials with all required documentation. The building school nurse will review the immunization documentation for completeness. Según las reglas del Distrito Escolar de West Islip, los niños deben tener cinco (5) años cumplidos antes del 1 de diciembre para poder inscribirse en kindergarten para el próximo año.
Al inscribirse, un padre o tutor debe presentar todos los documentos requierdos. La enfermera de la escuela revisará los documentos de vacunación para asegurarse de que estén completos. Si creaste un nombre de usuario y contraseña y necesitas volver para completar el formulario, haz clic abajo y elige “returning user”.
