Registration Services

Welcome!

Using the online forms, you can do the following:

 

- Complete your registration for students in grades Pre K-12

- Complete CPSE/other Special Education registration

- Complete a change of address

- Unenroll a student

**If you already have an Infinite Campus Portal account (you currently have a child who attends West Islip UFSD), you can log into the portal and click on “Online Registration” in the left-side menu.**

Usando los formularios en línea, puedes hacer lo siguiente:

 

- Completar la inscripción para estudiantes desde preescolar hasta el grado 12

- Completar la inscripción para educación especial CPSE u otros programas

- Actualizar tu dirección

- Dar de baja a un estudiante

**Si ya tiene una cuenta en el Portal de Infinite Campus (actualmente tiene un hijo que asiste al West Islip UFSD), puede iniciar sesión en el portal y hacer clic en “Online Registration” en el menú del lado izquierdo.**

  • You can save and return to your registration if needed.  Note your application number as this will be needed. 

    New K-12 Students for the CURRENT School Year (2026-2027): 

     

    Please note that your registration is incomplete until you receive confirmation from the district.

  • 2026-27 Pre-K Registration is Now Open!

    Registration for the West Islip Union Free School District’s 2026-2027 Pre-K Program at South Shore Children’s Center of West Islip is currently open. Click here to begin a registration. If you have a child residing in the district who will turn four (4) years of age on or before December 1, 2026, they are eligible to apply for a spot in the Pre-K Program.

    If you created a username and password and need to return to complete the form, please select “returning user”.

    No records can be changed with the district unless all documentation for residency is received. 

    You can save and return to your registration if needed by using the “Save Progress” button at the bottom of the form.

    No unenrollment requests will be processed without confirmation (by phone) from the parent/guardian. 

    No unenrollment is complete until all district-owned items are returned.
