Congratulations to West Islip High School seniors Gavin DeVito and Adilia Trim on their impressive accomplishments at the recent New York State Indoor Track qualifying event. Gavin won the Section XI 1000-meter race, and Adilia’s third-place finish in the 300-meter race earned them individual spots in the NYSPHSAA state championship at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on March 8.
