West Islip athletes recently made history! Congratulations to West Islip senior Adilia Trim on her recent record-breaking performance in the 55-meter race at the League Championship. Adilia ran a 7.35 second race to break the West Islip winter track 55-meter record and was crowned the League III 55-meter champion!

West Islip varsity boys swimmers Brendan O’Regan, Billy DeWitt, Braden Felix, and Colin Stueber recently shattered previous West Islip swimming records in both the 200-meter medley relay and the 200-meter freestyle relay. In addition, Billy DeWitt also broke West Islip’s 50-meter freestyle record and Colin Stueber broke the 400-meter freestyle record.
