Parent/Student Portal - Infinite Campus
If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username?" on the portal and an email will be sent to the email account you uses to sign up. Check your SPAM folder if you did not receive the email.

For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords by phone.

Report cards and progress reports are no longer mailed home to parents of middle school and high school students. You will be able to access them according to the dates on district report card calendar webpage. These reports are in a PDF version and you will be able to save them if you choose not to print them as they will only be able to be accessed during the current school year.
If circumstances prohibit you from gaining computer access for this purpose, please contact your child's counselor and a printed copy of the report card will be available to be picked up in the school Counseling Office.
What if I do not have a Campus Activation Key?
Parents will need an Activation Key to establish a Campus account for system access. For more information about establishing your parent account, please see the Establishing Your Parent Portal Account below.
The District has established a Parent Portal help desk. If you have questions about the Portal, you may contact the Portal Help Desk at (631) 930-1571. If leaving a message, please include your name and a daytime telephone number where you can be reached. .
Establishing Your Campus Parent Portal Account
Please complete the Parent Portal Application and User Agreement form
(EACH GUARDIAN MUST SUBMIT AN INDIVIDUAL USER AGREEMENT. ACCOUNTS ARE SET UP BY SEPARATE GUARDIANS AND EACH WILL RECEIVE AN INDIVIDUAL ACTIVATION KEY).
Upon verification of the information on the form, each parent/guardian will receive a unique “portal activation code” which can be used set up an account on the Portal. Logon and navigation information will also be provided. This information will be mailed to your home. Please allow 5 school days processing time. Once you receive your Activation Key, you can access the Portal via the LOGIN link above and create your Campus account (User Name and Password).
What Is Infinite Campus?
Infinite Campus is a web-based system that is more powerful than a traditional Student Information System. Information available to parents/guardians via the Portal includes:
- Certain demographic information
- A family calendar that displays attendance events and assignments due for all students in the household (note: assignments for grade 6-12 students only)
- An individual student calendar for each student in the household
- A schedule of classes for each student in the household
- Assignments and grades for each student (grades 6-12)
- Attendance by term/quarter and period for the year
- Health immunization record
- Reports (pdf format)
Who has access to the Infinite Campus Portal?
All parents and guardians with students in West Islip can request a parent Portal account.
Is student information on Infinite Campus secure?
Information stored on the system is encrypted and uses a high-level of internet security to safeguard system data, similar to systems used by banks and other institutions that do business online. Campus access requires a User Name and Password, and strong password syntax is enforced.
