Eighth grader Quinn Butler from Beach Street Middle School created the winning entry for the 47th annual Festival of Lights program cover contest. The American Legion West Islip Post 1738 sponsored the multi-faith celebration on Dec. 3. Butler will receive a plaque and be recognized during the ceremony.
