Congratulations to Julia Kapsa, an Advanced Placement art student at West Islip High School, who had her artwork selected for the annual Long Island’s Best Competition at the Heckscher Museum of Art. Julia, an accomplished senior artist, will be representing West Islip High School at this prestigious competition on display from April 5 through May 25. She is pictured with Eric Albinder, director of art and music education, Linda Marino, art teacher and Dr. Paul Romanelli, Superintendent of Schools.
