Incoming kindergartners, along with their parents, had the opportunity to get a firsthand look at their new school come September during kindergarten orientation at Manetuck Elementary School on May 17. Principal Vanessa Williams welcomed the newest scholars to the district as they gathered with their parents in the cafeteria. Students then made their way to the kindergarten classrooms to meet some of the teachers and staff and share a book together. Parents remained in the cafeteria for an informational session and had the chance to meet some of the school’s staff.
