How do I access the Infinite Campus
Student Information System?
Parents/guardians who have an Activation Key or who already have a
Campus account can access the system from the Login link below.

What if I do not have a Campus Activation
Key?
Parents will need an Activation Key to establish a Campus account for
system access. For more information about establishing your parent
account, please see the Establishing Your Parent Portal Account below.

The District has established a Parent Portal help desk. If you have
questions about the Portal, you may email them to
campus.portal@wi.k12.ny.us.
Please include a subject line, your name and a daytime telephone number
if you require a telephone response.
Establishing Your Campus Parent Portal Account
Print and complete a
Parent Portal
Application and User Agreement form.
Please return the completed form(s) by: sending it to the school of one
of your children, mail it to the address noted on the form, or fax it to
631-893-3215.
Upon verification of the information on the form,
each parent/guardian will receive a unique “portal activation code”
which can be used set up an account on the Portal. Logon and navigation
information will also be provided. This information will be mailed to
your home. Please allow 5 school days processing time.
Once you receive your Activation Key, you can access the Portal via the
LOGIN link above and create your Campus account (User Name and
Password).
What Is Infinite Campus?
Infinite Campus is a web-based system that is more powerful than a
traditional Student Information System. Information available to
parents/guardians via the Portal includes:

Certain demographic information

A family calendar that displays attendance events and assignments due
for all students in the household (note: assignments for grade 6-12
students only)

An individual student calendar for each student in the household

A schedule of classes for each student in the household

Assignments and grades for each student (grades 6-12)

Attendance by term/quarter and period for the year

Health immunization record

Reports (pdf format)
Who has access to the Infinite Campus
Portal?
All parents and guardians with students in West Islip can
request a parent Portal account. Instructions for requesting a
parent/guardian Portal account are available

Is student information
on Infinite Campus secure?
Information stored on the system is encrypted and uses a high-level of
internet security to safeguard system data, similar to systems used by
banks and other institutions that do business on line. Campus access
requires a User Name and Password, and strong password syntax is
enforced.

Report
cards and progress reports will no longer be mailed home to
parents of middle school and high school students. You will be
